Common questions

How do I create an account?

Sign up as a reader to follow authors and save content, or as an author (journalist, media outlet or expert) to publish. You must be at least 14 years old.

I forgot my password

Use Forgot password on the log-in page. If you don't receive an email, contact support from your account's email address.

How do I publish?

Sign in with an author account and choose "New content" to upload an article, photo, video or podcast. You can publish straight away, save a draft or schedule it, and invite co-authors.

How do I report content or an account?

Open the "More actions" menu (⋯) on the content or profile and choose Report. Our team reviews every report. You can also block or mute accounts from the same menu.

Payments, subscriptions and payouts

You can top up your wallet, buy content and manage subscriptions in Wallet; authors see their earnings and request payouts in Earnings. Payments currently run in test mode, so no real money is charged.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete account. You are signed out everywhere and your profile disappears straight away. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
